Hello Bluedart, This is Dr. S. Sivaraman. My wife booked a courier on 07.06.2024 from Mayiladuthurai to Secunderabad and paid Rs.500/- as service charges. I would like to bring your notice about the delay in the courier service. The waybill no is 16570658495. The booking clerk told me that it will be delivered on 10.06.2024. But till now it has not been delivered and it is just in transit at Trichy only. It reached Tanjore on 08.06.2024 evening 08:00 PM. From Tanjore to Trichy, it has taken two days, Did any of your staff walk all the way to move the courier from Tanjore to Trichy? When I enquired about this to your Mayiladuthurai staff, he replied to me very rudely and he told me to complain to anyone if I want. No one can do nothing to him and bla bla etc., Is this a proper way to reply to a customer for a non-delivery? Are we paying for such a service? I believed that BlueDart will do comparatively better service than any other courier service. But BlueDart is also one among them and does the very worst service and worst customer response. Because of your irresponsible service delay, I have to pay an additional around 1000 rupees as another fee. This is ridiculous and atrocious.
