Senthil is great individual with a special professional skill set in building project management & construction management. I’ve known Senthil for the past 10+ years and interacted for many buildings and multi storey construction projects. One project, where in, I was constructing a house in my home town is a good example of his experience project management and technical skill set. This project helped to showcase the virtual project development model. The architectural and functional design was done by me using state of art software. This new design comprises a hexagonal plan shape for maximizing the surface area for given perimeter. This was designed to increase the floor area for a given circumference, thus to minimize the construction cost for the same floor area. Senthil provided his practical building construction and technical knowledge to ensure that this project can be executed with the available local resources and limited skill set at remote village. His practical building and construction knowledge and technical inputs related to the execution of this dream project was commendable. He always comes with simple and practical solution to complex problems. I wish him all the success in his future endeavours and contribution to building and construction industry.
