I am 2nd year MSW student From Bharathiar University . My visit to Sangamithra Educational and Environmental Development Trust was a valuable and enriching experience. I learned how to digitally enter POSH-related data, which gave me practical exposure to digital documentation. We also discussed the POSH Act and learned about the case of Bhanwari Devi, which helped me gain a better understanding of the importance of workplace safety and women's rights. Overall, the visit was informative, interactive, and a great learning experience.
