Worst Food Delivery Experience SUWI Hosur I had one of the worst customer service experiences with SUWI Hosur. I placed my order for lunch, but by 2:30 PM there was still no update or response. After making multiple phone calls, someone finally answered and said, "We have just now started cooking the meat." This was after I had already been waiting for hours. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated. The person on the call spoke very rudely, using disrespectful words like "Dai" and "Da", behaved unprofessionally, disconnected my calls, and provided no proper explanation or customer support. If you cannot prepare or deliver orders on time, at least inform your customers instead of making them chase you for updates and then speaking disrespectfully. Based on my experience, I do not recommend ordering from SUWI Hosur. Until they improve their customer service and respect for customers, I will not be ordering again. Avoid if you value your time and expect basic customer service.
