Last month I have given my LG oven for repair at RPK cool point.They replaced the magnet with a local one..They returned it in the very next day.It worked for 3 weeks only.They took Rs.4400/ from me.They told they will return the original magnet shortly.Now they are not attending my calls.Then I contacted theLG Customer care and Engineer came and told this is a local magnet and so may nuts and bolts are missing inside They are asking for the original magnet which these people are not giving back .Now I have to go for consumer court.Very very bad experience.Don't give any of your valuable items to them for repair
