I had a very disappointing experience with this service team. I contacted them to shift a control switch and automatic switches to the adjacent wall. They informed me that they would reach the work site by 10:30 AM, but they never arrived on time. There were no calls or updates from their side. I had to call them repeatedly two or three times to follow up. Finally, they came to my house around 3:30 PM. After inspecting the work, I asked about the service charges. They quoted Rs. 4,000/- just for shifting the board and switches, which I felt was extremely high for such a small job. I offered Rs. 3,000/-, but they refused. In the end, without doing any work, they collected Rs. 300/- as a visiting charge and left. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this service to customers. In my opinion, their pricing is unreasonable and customers should be cautious before engaging them.
