Very poor and unreliable service from Veera Travels (Call Taxi). I had booked a taxi one day in advance for a marriage function and was assured of timely pickup. However, on the day, they kept changing drivers and vehicles multiple times, and none of them actually came for pickup. This caused serious inconvenience, especially as the passenger was my elderly mother who suffers from leg pain. She was left waiting without any proper support. The drivers did not answer calls, and there was no communication or accountability from the service provider. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. I strongly request others not to rely on this taxi service, especially for important occasions. In my experience, they do not honor their commitments or maintain punctuality.unprofessional behaviour .felt bad .karma returns
