Public Safety Notice: Beware of Fraudulent AC Service Technicians I would like to bring to everyone’s attention a serious incident involving individuals posing as authorized service technicians from Blue Star. I had booked an AC service, after which these individuals contacted me, claiming to represent the company. Trusting their claim, I allowed them to inspect the unit. However, their behavior quickly became suspicious. One of them acted unprofessionally and, without my consent, released gas from the outdoor unit. Immediately after this, they left the premises abruptly. This action was extremely dangerous and could have led to a major fire hazard. Fortunately, I have basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and was able to promptly stop the gas release, thereby preventing a potentially serious accident and ensuring my family’s safety. ⚠️ I strongly advise everyone to take the following precautions: Verify the authenticity of service personnel before allowing access Always request and check official identification cards Confirm appointments directly with the company Avoid dealing with unknown or unverified technicians I have filed a complaint with the consumer court, and the case is currently under process.
