I would give almost to full stars and will also mentioned why I wrote “Almost” The owner is extremely friendly and good human being, he understands English, Hindi and Tamil as far as I hv spoken. The place is a society named as “Suraj and Chand tower which is near to Jayathi Bhawan. The atmosphere is very good as back side you hve Tidal park, Adyar, Perungudi. Cleaning happens twice a week along with bedsheet change and utensils cleaning. Almost I said coz: You may face some issue during cyclone as water leakage, that depends flat to flat though. My experience was not so good with this point alone. Overall, 9.5/10. Hope it helps!
