நீலகிரி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள Women Welfare Trust ஒரு அரசு சாரா அமைப்பாகும். சாதி, மதம், மதம் அல்லது நம்பிக்கையைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் அனைவரையும் அரவணைத்து, ஒவ்வொரு உயிருக்கும் சமமான மதிப்பு உண்டு என்று நம்புவதற்கும், ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகளைக் குறைப்பதற்கும், கிராமப்புற பெண்கள் மற்றும் பெண் குழந்தைகளின் வாழ்க்கையை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கும் முழுமையான பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் சேவையை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டது.
