REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customs Clearance:
The buyer is responsible for clearing goods through customs, paying duties and taxes.

Letter of Credit (L/C), Documentary Collection, or Open Account.
Delivery:
Goods are delivered to the buyer's designated location.
Inspection:
Buyer has the right to inspect goods before accepting delivery.
Warranty:
Seller provides warranty for defects or quality issues.
Force Majeure:
Parties are not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen events.

Seller delivers goods to the vessel, and buyer assumes risk and cost.
FAS (Free Alongside Ship):
Seller delivers goods alongside the vessel.

Seller pays cost and freight to the destination port.
Packing and Marking:
Seller is responsible for proper packing and marking.
Shipping Documents:
Seller provides commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading.
Payment Terms:

Compliance:
Seller ensures compliance with export regulations.
Dispute Resolution:
Arbitration or jurisdiction clause.
