EFFUTREAT BIO CULTURE:

EFFUTREAT BIO CULTURE, is a liquid containing aerobic as well anerobic Bioculture for ETP, STP, order control and other problems linke BOD, COD, SLUDGE, TSS arising from ETP PLANTS. Quality of our EFFUTREAT BIO CULTURE is good reduction range in COD, BOD, Color and order. Stage generation will be dectrase and he chemicals cost will be decrease in small range. EFFUTREAT will support to increase D.O and it will perform good with the PH range between 6 to 8 in the aeration tank.

ABOUT EFFUTREAT MICROCULTURE:

"EFFUTREAT" which are effective microbes contain multiple stains of aerobic,and anaerobic bacterias which are selected for their compatible, symbiotic metabolic pathways based on different industrial effluent characteristics. Effutreat products are manufactured from a unique solid fermentation process of selected cultures of beneficial bacteria for different waste water and industries.

EFFUTREAT MICRO CULTURE APPLICATION METHOD (GENERAL)

Instead of direct application of the first dose to aeration, we will keep it for mass activation (Incubation) with EFFUTREAT LIQUID or Powder in your site. This incubation of microbes will help to proliferate the microbial population and it also reduces the actual requirement of buying a quantity of microbes.

1. For 100 KLD plant: Monthly Recommended dosage is 50 kgs of EFFUTREAT SOLUTION and 50 kgs of Nutrients Powder. This recommended dosage is mixed with 1000 litres of groundwater so that microbial broth will be ready.

2. We can use developed broth at different intervals. It depends on the effluent characteristics and degradation of the pollutant load.
