Tamil Nadu Tasmac Paniyalar Ondriyam, located in Cuddalore, is a part of the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC).

The trade union was started in 2003 for the benefit of 36 thousand workers employed in Tasmac. Also, the graduates were also employed in Tasmac.

Also, a union that can continue to fight for the welfare of the workers employed and for the welfare of the families of the deceased.

Due to the Prohibition of Employment Act in 2003, Tasmark Employee Livelihood at Work, Livelihood of Bereaved Families is an organization formed for this purpose.

TASMAC, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, serves as the exclusive wholesale supplier of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) for the entire state of Tamil Nadu. As a government undertaking, TASMAC plays a crucial role in regulating and managing the distribution of alcoholic beverages.

சென்னையில் அமைந்துள்ள தமிழ்நாடு டாஸ்மாக் பணியாளர் ஒன்றியம், தமிழ்நாடு மாநில சந்தைப்படுத்தல் கழகத்தின் (TASMAC) ஒரு பகுதியாகும்.

டாஸ்மாக்கில் 2003ல் பணியமடுத்தப்பட்ட 36 ஆயிரம் பணியாளர்களுக்காக நலனுக்காக ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட தொழிற்சங்கம். மேலும், பட்டதாரிகளும் டாஸ்மாக்கில் பணியமர்த்தப்பட்டன.

பணியில் அமர்த்தப்பட்ட பணியாளர்களின் நலனுக்காகவும், இறந்தவர்களின் குடும்ப நலனுக்காகவும் தொடர்ந்து பணியாளர் நலனுக்காக போராடக்கூடிய தொழிற்சங்கம்.

வேலை நியமனம் தடைச் சட்டம் என்பதால் 2003இல் வேற வேலை கிடைக்கவில்லை என்பதற்காக பணியில் டாஸ்மார்க் பணியாளர் வாழ்வாதாரம் இறந்த குடும்பங்களில் வாழ்வாதாரம் அதற்காக உருவான அமைப்பு.

நிறுவனங்கள் சட்டம், 1956 இன் கீழ் இணைக்கப்பட்ட டாஸ்மாக், தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதற்குமான இந்திய தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட வெளிநாட்டு மதுபானங்களின் (IMFL) பிரத்யேக மொத்த விற்பனையாளராக செயல்படுகிறது. ஒரு அரசாங்க முயற்சியாக, மதுபானங்களின் விநியோகத்தை ஒழுங்குபடுத்துவதிலும் நிர்வகிப்பதிலும் டாஸ்மாக் முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கிறது.
