Material Supply and Fabrication :

1.WTG - Material Packinng for Transportation.
2. Tools Supply.
3. Material Supply - Tower, Hub, Nacelle and Blade.

Material Supply for Tower:

1. Tower Wooden saddle with wooden Platform.
2. Saddle Metal Frame
3. Spider with Bush and fasteners
4. Tower Tarpaulin and End Cover
5. Shrink Packing for Tower
6. Tower Internal Assembly Kit.

Material Supply for Nacelle and Hub:

1. Stands For Hub and Nacelle
2. Nacelle and Hub Tarpaulin
3. Shrink Packing for Nacelle and Hub
4. Transportation Fasteners.

SERVICES :

* Over all maintenance and rework of WTG
* Blasting and painting onsite reworks with portable
equipment.
* Visual and thermal Inspection using by Drone
* All WTG components Inspection (Internal & External)
* Repair works of Cosmetic, Minor and Major on WTG
* Refurbishment of blade
* Inspection and Cleaning on blade
* NDT Inspection with VT, RVI, Thermal and Ultrasound tests.
* Shrink Packing for WTG Components
* Onsite behalf of third Party Review and QA with IPP Customers
* Claim supporting documents for rework of WTG to Insurance agencies
* AMC services -Annual Maintenance Contract
* Root Cause Analysis (Independently & with ) Consulting for Process Improvements for Zero defec.
