       National Agricultural Development Trust ( NADT Trust ) is a humble initiative of Mr. P.V Chinnamani and a group of dedicated selfless social workers, hailed from ordinary families, always cherished a better dream not only for themselves but for their immediate surroundings that are marked by poverty, illiteracy, ignorance, caste discrimination etc. They noticed that most of the rural population continued to be enslaved by other forms of oppression like abject poverty, caste rivalry, religious bigotry and social exclusion etc. The pathetic state of the rural areas, where few enjoyed all the comforts while most suffered physical and mental deprivation, made a group of these committed and dedicated social workers to come together and began a battle against the forces of injustice, social exclusion and exploitation that kept the masses downtrodden. So, they formed National Agricultural Development Trust –NADT Trust in the year 2011. Since inception, it has been engaged in the intervention for the development and empowerment for the women, socially and economically weaker and vulnerable segments of the society. Now it is a people-based service organization, has been extending a helping hand to the poorest of the poor through implementing welfare-oriented and developmental programs so that they may be able to receive and taste the fruits of these programs, the things that were denied to them and kept beyond their reach.

Vision:

A society in which all the people live with equality, respect and dignity, prosperous, free from poverty, bondage, violence, rights violations, health hazards and health risks and economically sustained, and have necessary personal qualities, individual and collective infrastructures.

Mission:

Empowering and developing, bringing sustainable development, enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence of the target communities to build their own environment, necessary structures and systems, solve their own problems and issues and to have control over all round development process.
