I, Mohamed Ismail, was born into an environment where love and respect for food and for healthy produce was one of the pillars of my family education. Even as a child, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with my mother, while my father, a pioneer in farming, began to pass on to me the values of nature.

Food that feeds the spirit and lingers in memory, a creative muse that continually surprises and delights, and genuine care for the smallest nuance, these are the hallmark and the secret to our success.

Our kitchen policy is simple. We use authentic ingredients, most natural form. We purchase and use locally available and seasonal products. We keep our food alive by making it flavorful and nutritious. The use of Ajinamoto  is never allowed in the preparation of our foods. Although we are small, our intention to serve great food is big.
